Once you’ve chosen your model, add your logo or design file so we can create a sample of your custom hats! Make sure that you are allowed to use the graphic elements you send if you want to sell them with us.

We will send you a notification as soon as your sample is ready for you to review. This process can take from 1 to 3 business days.

You will receive an e-mail from us as soon as your sample is ready. Make sure that the sample meets your requirements and let us know if you need anything changed or modified before we launch the production.

Once approved, it usually takes from 3 to 5 business days to ship your order depending on the quantity required. You will receive an e-mail confirmation along with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

You can track your order(s) using the tracking link provided in the e-mail sent when your products are shipped. The exact turnaround time to complete your order may vary depending on the type of products you have.
