After we receive your order, our experts will analyze your design(s) before transferring it to our prototyping department. If your design(s) contains very detailed logos, artworks or graphics, changes to your design(s) may be required and/or a loss of details may occur.


If this is your case, our team will contact you to confirm you want to proceed with your design(s) as-is. You may decide to cancel your order for a full refund at this step. After a prototype has been created, cancelling your order will be subject to a $75.00 non-refundable sampling fee*
