Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out a list of community guidelines for our Services. The examples described in this Policy are not exhaustive and we may modify this Policy at any time by posting a revised version, so we invite you to check back regularly for updates.
If we believe there is a deliberate attempt to breach the terms of this Policy or a violation presents a credible risk of harm to other users, our customers, the Services or any third parties, we may suspend or terminate your access.

Be bold and creative! Only you can make your art.
We encourage unique designs that spark from your very own ideas, dreams and aspirations.
Respect everyone on Nationhats.
Make a reasonable effort to ensure that all the material used in your Creations does not infringe on any intellectual property.
Keep passwords and all other login information confidential.
Notify us as quickly as possible if you become aware of or reasonably suspect any illegal or unauthorized activity or a security breach.
Comply with all Terms of Service, including the terms of this Acceptable Use Policy.
Don'ts:
You may not use, or encourage, promote, facilitate or instruct others to use, the Services or Nationhats Site for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, infringing or offensive use, or to transmit, store, display, distribute or otherwise make available content that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, infringing or offensive.
Infringing Content is strictly prohibited. Content that infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property or proprietary rights of others will be immediately deleted. What is Copyright Infringement?
Offensive Content is strictly prohibited. Content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise objectionable, including content that constitutes child pornography, relates to bestiality, or depicts non-consensual sex acts is not allowed.
You may not use the Services to violate the security or integrity of our Website or attempt to cause harm to any users in any way.
You will not distribute, publish, send or facilitate the sending of unsolicited mass e-mail or other message, promotions, advertising or solifications (like "spam"), including commercial advertising and informational announcements. You will not alter or obscure mail headers or assume a sender's indentity without the sender's explicit permission.
Reporting of Violations of this Policy
If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, we ask that you immediately notify us and provide us with assistance if it is needed to stop or remedy the violation. To report any violation of this Policy please follow our abuse reporting process.
